We closed on Weekends and National Holidays, no shipping will occur during these times.

Also, when anticipating transit times, please allow an extra day when holidays are concerned. Most shipping carriers are either closed or have very limited operations during National Holidays.

All back orders are canceled and must be reordered. If an item in your order is out of stock and cannot be shipped with the rest of your order then that item will be canceled and you will not be charged for that item. We will bill your card only for the items being shipped.

We DO NOT guarantee shipments that have been seized by customs, regardless of shipping method. United States carriers will not honor claims on seized shipments. Please be sure you understand your countries laws regarding the importation of our product (adult material) into your country. United States export law governs us; your countries import law governs you.

Priority Mail provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and is delivered by the regular postal carrier; transit times can be up to 14 business days. In most cases there is a delivery confirmation on the shipment, but this information is only scanned at the point of delivery. If the shipment does not fit in the mailbox, the postal carrier may require someone to accept the shipment.

DELIVERY and OTHER CHARGES:
All shipping charges are based on package weight, dimension, handling fees and delivery location. USPS Priority Mail makes shipping within the United States and Canada. Please allow for 12 to 14-business days for delivery. DTS Emporium is obligated to charge an 8.625% New York sales tax on all items that are delivered to a New York State address. It is a violation of law to make purchases under a false name or with an invalid credit card. Please be aware that even if you do not give us your real name, your web browser transmits a unique Internet address to us that can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you. Don't ruin the fun for everyone by testing our shopping cart system with false orders. This puts you at substantial personal legal risk. Fraudulent order will be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Currently, both the FBI and the US Secret Service are responsible for investigating all Internet fraud cases.

For all international orders:
We accept credit cards, bank checks and postal money orders only. We do not accept personal checks outside USA.

We do not charge international customers tax for any purchase.

You must pay additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We would like our international receivers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
